HOW TO BUY

1. Kindly read our terms & conditions before purchasing.

2. Email your order to qaasifscarflets@gmail.com. Clearly state your product code and quantity of purchase. Orders via private message through our Facebook account or comments in our blog posts will not be entertained.

3. You will then be given notification with details of payment.

4. It is advisable to make payment within 24 hours through Maybank account number 162786125798 (Noorizan Muhamad Mursid).

5. Upon payment, email your ATM transaction receipt or M2U print screen as your payment proof together with your full address and handphone number. We will not entertain payment without proof.

6. Self pickup only available in area around Shah Alam.

TERMS AND CONDITION

Please review the following basic terms & conditions that govern your use of and purchase of product from our site. Kindly note that your use of our site constitutes or agreement to follow and be bounded by those terms & conditions.

1. We favor "first pay first served" policy for customers which means customer who made the very first paynent shall have the entitlement of purchase.

2. At the moment we only accept orders through email. Please email to qaasifscarflets@yahoo.com. Calls and sms regarding order is not available at the moment. This is to avoid confusion.

3. We don't do refund or exchange except for damage or wrong item only. All sales are final.

4. Serious buyer only. NO cheaters or backout buyer. We have right to refuse overdemanding or rude customers.

5. Only full payment will be entertained. Soft copy of receipt is needed and it is very important so that we can trace your payment easily.

6. Please inform us once payment is made and include receipt for our reference. Reference number and bank notification only are NOT acceptable.

7. Price is fixed. No discounts unless stated. We will try to give our best price.

8. No picture requests. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appears at our site. However, as the actual colour you see will depend on your monitor.

9. We will try to post out your parcel after 1 day payment is received. However it might take up to 3-4 business days.

10. Shipping method is Pos Laju only. For international you can choose for registeted post or express post. If addressee is not available by the time Pos Laju at your place, we advice you to pick up your item at nearest Pos Laju branch. We will not be held any responsible for any loss or damages incurred during shipping.
